Teamsheets and Premier Registration
You will need to print or download forms from here for the new season.  Downloading forms allows you to edit them before printing, e.g. to add your full team squad to a Teamsheet.  Follow your browser's instructions to download or print - usually a right click on the link.
Both forms are to be used in both the Men's and Women's Leagues.

There is no longer a Transfer Form. 
Transfers between East clubs must be done via the Online Transfer System
Transfers involving non-East clubs must be started by an email to the East Leagues Secretary.
